Total floor area : 200 m2.

Location : Istanbul, Turkey

This is an apart-hotel project located in Beyoglu, Istanbul.

The building with its large windows and narrow, high boundaries stands

among historical buildings.On the facade, the gradient transition from the

ground floor to the rectangular windows alters the physical perception of the

building.This second layer  with the light and materials hitting the facade ,

makes the structure either less visible or more apparent.

Istanbul, Beyoğlunda bulunan bir apart otel projesidir.Bina, büyük

pencereleri, dar ve yüksek sınırlarıyla tarihi binaların arasındadır.Cephede,

zemin kattan, dikdörtgen pencerelere doğru giden degrade geçiş , binanın

fiziksel algısını değiştirir.Bu 2. katman, cepheye gelen ışık ve malzemeyle,

yapıyı belirsiz veya daha görünür kılar.
