Located in Famagusta, North Cyprus, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea,

this two story on holiday home is designed as a unique property.

The traditional white-plastered, block-shaped house in keeping with

mediterranen architecture is a contemporary adaptation of the island's

traditional architecture.

The ground floor comprises a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms.On this

floor, the spaces are set back to create semi-enclosed terrace areas.

These stepped open spaces offer protection from the harsh winds while also

providing privacy.

The first floor features three bedrooms each with its own terrace area.

Full size sliding glass doors on the ground floor open onto a terrace by the

pool, which culminates in an infinity pool.

Kıbrıs, Magosa şehrinde, Akdenize bakan bu yapı 2 katlı bir tatil evi olarak

tasarlanmıştır.Akdeniz mimarisine uygun geleneksel beyaz sıvalı, blok

formlu ev, adanın geleneksel mimarisinin çağdaş bir uyarlamasıdır.

Zemin katta salon, mutfak ve 2 yatak odası bulunmaktadır.Bu katta,

mekanlar geri çekilerek, yarı kapalı teras alanları oluşturulmuştur.Bu

kademeli açık alanlar, sert rüzgarlı iklime karşı koruyucu olup aynı zamanda

mekanların mahremiyetini sağlamıştır.

1. katta, kendilerine ait teras alanları olan 3 adet yatak odası bulunmaktadır.

Zemin kattaki, tam boyutlu sürgülü cam kapılar havuz kenarındaki terasa

açılır.Ev sonsuzluk havuzuyla sonlanır.
